Members of Kingsway Christian Fellowship represent a cross-section of the ordinary people of Merseyside, united by their belief in Jesus and their desire to worship Him "in spirit and in truth". We believe that Christianity is very relevant today. The beginnings of the Fellowship go back to the early 1970's and the charismatic renewal. This was a great move of God, when people throughout the world rediscovered the power of God in the person of the Holy Spirit; that same power through which the early Christian disciples worked miracles of healing and deliverance.

Kingsway is a member of Merseyfest, Together for the Harvest and the Evangelical Alliance. We are also participating in the Hope 08 events this year.
